AIR-F, a kind of metal surface agent, is composed of colloidal titanium material and other surface-active substances. It can make the phosphating film crystallization formed on metel surface which is processed by the product more even and dense, meanwhile reduce time to form phosphate coat and drug consumption.
1. How to make groove:
Adding three-fourths of the capacity of water tank, and adding AIR-F slowly at the same time of circulating. After fully dissolved, addint water to the operating fluid level.
2. Treatment conditions: (take 1MT processing liquid as an example)
2.1 Making groove capacity: 3-5kg
2.2 Temperature: room temperature
2.3 Time: 0.5 ~ 1min
2.4 PH value: 8 ~ 10
2.5 Treatment: dipping or spraying
For the specific conditions of every particular product line, the service engineer of AIR company confirm the best scope of work according to actual condition.
3. Management Description:
3.1. When adding surface conditioning agent, please add it evenly and dispersedly, avoid surface conditioning agent caking in water to affect the surface conditioning effect.
3.2. When the PH of surface conditioning solution decline for mixing acid substances, please replenish fresh agent timely. Besides, please keep the PH of bath solution within the scope of 8~10 in operation.
3.3. When the surface conditioning bath solution is out of working range or mixing impurity to turn to light yellow brown or black, please discharge it and make the new groove.
