Brief Product Introduction:

AIR-18A/B , a kind of efficient powder defoamr, which is refined by a variety of modified polydimethylsiloxane and other efficient anti-foaming agent, is applicable for eliminating the foam in water system. Because it is powder-like product, its active component is added and scattered in the system that need anti-foaming and foam suppression by solid carrier. So this product solve the disadvantage of general silicone emulsion products. Because when general silicone emulsion products are in some high-electrolyte, acid, alkali,high-shear system, its emulsion status can be easily destroyed and active substances quickly gather, then it lose any effect. Besies, the product has the advantage of quickly anti-foaming, suppressing foam for a long time and low cost. Meanwhile, it is very convenient, can be directly added into solid powder-like products(just like metal solid cleaning agent, powder detergent etc) as anti-foaming and suppressing foam additives. Because the product contain little moisture, it is with the advantage of convenient storage and transportation, not easy to affect by environment and temperature and not easy to go bad etc.

Useage:

The product can be used for water system defoaming, just like chemical cleaning, sewage treatment, industrial circulating water, cement, chemical production ect. Besides, it can also be used as defoaming and suppressing foam component of solid powder-like auxiliary agent, just like various chemical industry, printing and dyeing, water treatment, cleaning, daily chemical additives and mechanical processing aids etc.

How to use it:

The requirement of defoamer concentration:

The dosage of defoamer depends on different usage. But, we advise that the content of organosilicon be not less than 10ppm. In the production of laundry powder, the additive amount is generally 0.1-0.2%.

Adding defoamer:

When using in the direct work field, you can scatter AIR-18A to the foam surface for defoaming; Or scatter to foam surface after dissolved with water.  And it also can be used with other powder additives after mix up.

Storage stability:

Can be efficient for 24 months in hermetic container.
